Are you eager to trim your waistline, tackle diabetes, or improve your health in other ways? Food for Life Nutrition Essentials: Plant-Based Eating on a Budget presents an engaging and effective way to help you reach your goals while sticking to a budget!
This class series will begin on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm on Zoom. Additional classes in this series include: June 28, July 5 & 12, 2022 at the same time on Zoom. (Zoom information will be emailed to participants prior to each class session.)
Food for Life Nutrition Essentials is based on scientific studies and favors vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains. A vegan or plant-based dietary pattern of whole grains, beans, vegetables, and fruits can help prevent diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and other chronic diseases.
This hybrid class will focus on tips and tricks to reduce your weekly grocery bill while maintaining a healthy nutritional plan. Yes, you can have optimal health on a budget! The best news is that this class is FREE due to a VegFund grant.
